- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Clearance items, personalized/custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns or issue refunds under the following situations:
- Item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer
- Missing original packaging, labels, or parts
- Return request exceeds the 30-day period
- Customized, personalized, or special order products
- Damage caused by improper installation or use by the buyer
4. Return Process

- Wait for our official return approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item back following our given return address and guidelines.
- Send us the return tracking number for verification.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
5. Shipping Fees for Returns
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, incorrect size): We cover return shipping cost.
- If the return is for personal reasons (no longer needed, dislike, wrong choice): Customer bears all return shipping fees.
- Original shipping fees at checkout are non-refundable.

- Lost or missing packages caused by incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer are not eligible for full refund compensation.
